Do you think it's worth paying off my loan now and getting a cheap car and save for something better.
Or just spend the 4K on a car and keep paying off the loan?

OJC, I know you paid off your loan and feel better for it.

do u want things now and be in debt?

or wait till u older and regret not enjoying ur youthful days, but not be in debt?

i'm doing both at once, got nothing and in debt

Sell cars, pay off debts, get a ban, build a car monthly.

Have no debts.

Simple

I take home £1166 a month, my mother and father take £100 and my car insurance is £58 quid a month.

The rest is mine

Why anyone in there right mind would take out finance on a car is beyond me.

I also feel the same, i had to borrow a £300 to buy my ATR and hated that i owed money, although it was only my parents and was glad to pay it off ASAP

Why anyone in their right mind would live with their parents, given the option, is beyond me

depends what you want...something now or save up..

I would get the loan to be honest as long as you can afford to pay it off

Have you seen the setup at my house? I live outside in my own annexe, own toilet shower and the Nova gets to sleep undercover outside my room.

I have my own front door with keypad entry and it costs me £100 a month, what more could I want?

I'd personally rather have financial commitments and something to show than a grand to spend on just anything.

Its a tax on having things sooner.

Can I just make you all aware of the area I live in?

Average renting cost around here is £700 for a 2 bed house with no parking facilities and in a shitty area.

To have a decent house around here you need a COMBINED income of at least £40k and no other commitments to be able to live a decent life, i.e still going out on the piss, still own decent cars and be able to maintain them, buy decent clothes and not have to worry.

At the moment I'm proud of the fact I have no debts and no worries, I'm 22 why should I be in a rush to move out? I have about 8 years of good partying life left
