there the same.... the only difference is when u buy one for a c16xe u get an x16xe lower manifold thrown in .
the one for the x16xe is just the top piece.....
i also think u get a blanking plate with the x16xe kit to get rid of the bastid EGR thingymabob...

It will defo fit, the C16XE one is adapted from the X16XE one to fit so if its on the C16XE is will fit no worries, might not even have to blank nothing off, ya did on the C16XE cos the X16XE lower inlet had holes in for the EGR stuff, i bet ya could leave it in, its just the plumbing thats trickyish, make sure ya get loads of spare vacume tubing and t pieces

If ya look at the lower inlet manifold, on the header tank side at the bottom, feel round the back and you will feel a flat plate thats botled on in 2 places thats the blanking plate, there will be 2 exposed holes as well but these are on a loop and dont joint into the inlet

yeh.. em... kinda.... it doesnt have torex bolts though.
this pipe here.....
it goes all the way around to the bulkhead side of the engine were its bolted to the block.....
TBH after getting the new gasket yesterday i doubt the one in the engine now will be gone cos it looks quite durable.
i'd say the numtys that done my clutch took it off.. for what reason i dont know i'd say they didnt tighen it properly.... cos the leak only started when i got the car back....
so since ive got it back from them that..... this oil leak....the speedo cable snaped cos they didnt tighen it right..... and a fcuked engine mounting bolt.....
great place they are very professional.
