my brother sold his car on ebay but the winning bidder has not got in contact and i have sent an invvoice .

How long has it been they usally get a week to pay ETC? If not get in touch with ebay.

yer you can ask ebay for his details...

did this bloke have feedback if not it is likely to be a stictched, they bid so you pay fees.

If you cant get hold of him you need to place a non paying bidder with ebayer to get your fees back.
