drink some water while holding your ears so you can't hear nothing, just push them in real tight.

its your diaphram that is spasaming..

take a really deep breath so you cant take in anymore.. (slowly)

hold it for aslong as you can..

release it untill you cant release anymore.. (slowly)

slowly start breathing normal again..

works everytime because you are controling your diaphram..

most people dont realise that when you breathe in you not operation your lungs directly .. your moving your diaphram and because of that its pulling in air to your lungs..
