First of all, big thanks to AdiSRI for all the general hints and for putting up with all my U2U's cheers mate, much appreciated.
I'm planning the following for my setup;
-2 Focal Polyglass 165 V Slims for the front
http://www.caraudiodiscount.com/acatalog/focal_polyglass_v2_component.html
- 2 x JL 8WO-4 will be going in the rear quarter panels with the help of some custom made boxes and a lot of patience
http://www.caraudiodirect.co.uk/product_info.php?products_id=1167
I'm not quite sure on an amp, I'm not really clued up on ohms and things and the necessary power i need in order to go with the stuff i've listed above. This is where i need help Ideally i'd like just the one amp to power the lot at first, then i'd eventually upgrade and get a 2nd one. Any ideas?
I'll also be sound deadening the doors and rear quarters with this stuff:
http://www.corsasport.co.uk/board/viewthread.php?tid=181452
I hope my head unit still cuts it, it's an Alpine 9812RB
What do people think?
Cheers for reading, any pointers and tips would be much appreciated.

well i was thinking £200, i realise that it'd be hard to get a decent one to power both the comps AND the subs

aye, a good reccomendation that one LOL.
although dave, audison do make a cheap 3 channelamp, which would do the job nicely and is very reasonable.

would this be enough to power the above? I'd wouldnt want to ruin the above by getting a cheapish amplifier.

i'm liking that!
are you replacing one? or adding it in-line with another one?
By the way do you have any pics of installs that you've done?
