Couple of lads down at college have Zetec S's and wondered whether these are worth a go, looking at figures, Festas are 102BHP, and my VTR is 100BHP. Surely the Festa is heavier. Only mod to mine is a PiperX induction kit.

the vtr is faster than the zetec s.

vtr puts up a better fight but still lose at the end of the day

cant beat it when there reving shit out there engine then just leave them & laugh as they look pissed off

there not, my 1.4 is supposed to be 10.5 and as said i can hold them, cant beat them but they dont beat me either.

1.4 16v is a match for older vtr but newer one is faster. gsi would rape either new or old vtr

The higher powered VTR would kill a 1.4 16v sport. FACT, there is no debate about it, ive been in both and the difference is a fair whack.
GSI would beat a VTR, but not by a huge margin

i was at a rollin road day where standard z-s's were pulling 115-120bhp, and my car with a previous proven 140bhp on a different rollers was hittin 140again.............
