It is a blue wire and its a spade connector which is located on the underside of the thermostat housing

hhmmm ok my wire for it is just above the top of the rocker cover and doesnt look long enough to get down there

basically, if u wanna change thermo, u need to get the metal thing off that is at the end of the coolant hose
