ok, where do i start, a mate of mine whos been with his girlfirend for nearly 3 years, found a letter from her to a man serving a prison sentance in america, this letter contained a lot of sexual content. he asked her about it, she said "hes lonely, shes making him happy, hes tried to commit suicide a few times, its nothing"
Obviously he is hurt, I wanna give him some advice, but I dont know, his Gf will probably carry on writing to her friend in prison (who will never be released)even though it will hurt him.
What should I say to him?

It's all about trust and if she has been writing to this person behind her boyfriend's back - then obviously she's got something to hide.
The fact that the letter contains sexual content would lead me to be believe she obviously likes him, on the other hand she might even like him or went out with him at some stage.
I would confront her about it and get her side of the story, tell her it's got to stop or like Richard Blackwood would say "you got's to go!"

sounds a bit dodgy to me
although its better than her going out and actually sleeping with someone, sounds like she might get off with all the sexual stuff.
