The spare block is coming back this week...... so should be getting the bottom end built up and ready to pop the head on... then the rest

diff is fitted,

talking of getting a let flywheel so i can use a let clutch They are phonign me back regarding this.... My last SACHS clutch last 2months

(still.... that waslonger than the crap that i set on fire after 2 weeks in the x14xe )

cant really see a problem with the LET fly & clutch... unless mountings are different gearbox end

never had a clutch catch fire, but have had one just explode before now

Did my enquiry last night spur you on to find out about it?

Go for a Sachs sporting clutch, thats what my old 2.1 had fitted with out any probs at all.

Did you have a speedo drive fitted to the diff b4 fitting?

yup.... think i'd actually forgotten about it

dunno about diff, they never said asked anything

Clutch - i tried to get that clutch for an F20 before.... Roy tried for me.... Wallace just tried..... they all say there is no such thing for an F20

strange...

Better ask Gav about the speedo drive... it just needs slight trimming with a knife to fit.
