I used 150 - and I think option 3 - and from there u can choose to contact some1 - jus go to the billing people - even if uve got the wrong dept. they can put u in touch

i dont have a number though and theyve sent me my bill so i need to get hold ofcustomer service really chap and it wont let me that way without entering my number
