Just windering whats the best anti virus thats free to download over the net, something that also takes spyware as i keep getting pop ups about spy ware!

avast 4.5 A/V is ok and its free and ad-aware is good for finding spy ware.

i got norton systemworks 2005 and zone-alarm firewall. also adaware pro to chek the pc for shit.

Norman antivirus is good, i have SP2 so the ie 6 on it automaticly stops pop ups.

i downloaded adaware and spybot,
i have a crappy toolbar on i.e,
keeps logging me out msn
and deletes my net settings i.e homepage etc etc
