"story goes . club owners proker which is blue 996 turbo was arressted 6 months after the accident happened . first eyewitness identified it as a blue porker . he even spooted the said car from the accident the following night and reported it to the police @ the time . anyway to \cut a long story short . new witness came along and stated he knew it was daz cooper and new it was a gt2 because he saw the gt2 on the back of the car . he gave a statement saying the 8 inch black gt2 badge on the back of the black gt2 @ around 100mph remember he saw so he knew it was a gt2 . he never said he saw the GT02 DAZ reg plate . in yellow and black . any way came to trial and guess what first witness has dissappeared . and guess who new witness is pals with ???? yes blue 996 turbo owner . "

Off topic but 1 my mates got 7 years for dealing hash (got caught with £1/4M worth) in same week he got put down a pedeo who got caught molesting his 1yr old baby and putting pics on the net only got 5yrs - now thats just stupid!!!

I am confident that they would not have mistaken his car for someone elses...he could easy get an alibi if he was somewhere else...
Also the jury are requested not to find the defendant guilty if there is any doubt as to him commiting the offence...

The alleged other car was a blue 996 Turbo.
Even an enthusiast wouldn't know the difference at high speed, let alone some random.

The court was told Cooper probably started the challenge when the bike tried to over take him.
How could that be used as evidence? Anything with 'probably' should be dismissed

It wasn't evidence.
We don't know the facts. From what I have read on the 10 or so pages on Lancer Register, nobody does.
There is no transcript so we can't even attampt to judge what did/didn't happen.
