I went to bed at 9 pm cos i'm a lazy fuck. Phone went at 9:40, gets back in bed, then the door goes at 10 so i had to answer that. Now i can't be arsed to go back to bed. I have to have my car in a 8:30 for a service.

I just go to bed when i want. Can be 9 pm or 3 am but norm get up around 7 - 9 depending in i have to work or go into uni.

Used to be able to get by on 4 hours sleep a night, but I guess I'm getting old now as I tend to need at least 6 hours now or I'm half-asleep during the day!

i get in from work at 5:30am, in bed at 8am, wake up at 1pm. so... 7 hours.
had 15 hours sleep today as i've been ill... still feel proper crap but wide awake.
