It is bound to make some difference, but i think the difference will be lost with power due to the possible current drain via the alternator, depending on how great it is

Why would it be bound to make a difference? After a certain RPM they become useless and serve no other purpose as a blockage in the inlet tract.

" Our kit takes absolutely no mechanical skill to build and install and will immediately be capable of delivering a 5-20% boost in horsepower throughout the entire RPM band GUARANTEED or your money back!"

can't say fairer than that

It'd have the same effect, any increase in power would vanish with the added drain on the alternator/battery.

better MPG....

if it did work at all, you would be pushing more air in than normal, using more fuel..... less MPG
