I've just had an interview for a job I don't really want anymore. (It sounds boring!!) But they seemed pretty impressed with me. They are going to ring me this afternoon and let me know if I have got the job.
How do I say I don't want it anymore if they do offer it me?

say that after the interview you decided its not really the job for you.
interview is not only to see if they like you, but also is a way of finding out more about the job and if you think it suits you.
just decline politely

Say thank you and you need sometime to think about it as its obviously a big career move for you, ring back later and say in the meantime youve had another offer of so and so but you would prefer to work there if they can match the salary

It's not the money, its just sounds a boring job to be honest, 10 less days holiday than what I have now, they are having an inspection soon (which means STRESS and ive had enough of that for a while) and its further to travel.

£25k is a good wage where i live, decent area 3 bed terraces go for £40-70k and new barratt/bryant homes 2-3 bed goes for £90-120k. Im sure up in oxford its 3 times the price

Indeed, also I'd say £25k is a pretty damn good wage anywhere in the country
