Does anyone know the settings for hotmail so that i can view my email through Mozilla Thunderbird? I need the incoming and outgoing mail server addresses i think.

Hotmail have stopped doing it now (well at least through outlook express) you have to subcribe now

Yes.
You have to pay to use an email client with Hotmail now.
