i have a window where the seals been half cut out can i use sikaflex to bond around the edges?

Go to you local DIY shop and get some of that silicon stuff. Read what it can be used for and don't be temptered to buy the cheap one as you will just end up doing the job again before the summer. I've learnt from my mistake doing the around the bath
