No idea why as im tired as hell, every time i lie down in an attempt to fall asleep i just cant get comfortable

yeh I have real trouble sleeping too...

1600power I've also found this a lot... have to try to clear my mind to try to get to sleep - but i have trouble doing this most of the time as I have a lot of things constantly on my mind.
