If you don't know your PIN, how the hell do you get cash from your account normally then?

If what Stuart is saying is right, Jodi, then he can't pay for anything over the counter with his card unless he knows his PIN number!

Regarding your Lloyds TSB credit card, you will probably have to get them to send you your PIN number in the post...

Pretty sure it's January.

Good point re. credit cards tho - I have mine for emergencies, but you're fucked if you can't remember your PIN

Will cards still have a signature strip? If so, does that mean I can use it to write my shopping lists on?

My PIN for my Chip and Pin was the same number as my PIN for Cashpoints. I never changed it to that, it was that from day 1. Thats for my Maestro card if that makes any difference.

This was my Maestro card which is my old Switch card. Remember the name change? Never used my Mastercard for chip and pin purchases yet.

The pin for my Barclaycard is different to my cash machine one, and I only know the latter.

Pain in the ass. I was asked for a pin number the other day, lucky I had some cash on me!

Take loads of items to the checkout and when they ask you for your pin, say you don't know it.

When they start losing out on big sales, they'll soon find a way to get around the PIN.

Why not change the pin to something you can remember then, or change it so they're all the same?
