my amplifier will not power up and i have checked all the fuses. I opened up the amp and there is an area which looks to have blown on the circuit board (black dust). Is there any way of getting this fixed? Cheers

Is probably a damaged Mosfet, or maybe more than one is damaged.

Any idea of how it happened? Car audio direct will take on the work and hand it on to a guy in Oxford.....
