did you lot just see what happened at Man U v Spurs.... the worst descision ive ever seen in my life.... the quicker they get TV refs in like rugby and cricket the better!!!

I went to a match on Saturday, blatent plenalty should have been given but the ref didn't see what happened as he fell over thing is though it was so obvious and both sides admitted it should have been a penatly and there was a uproar but the ref didn't even bother consulting the linesmen or anything

Linesmen are classed as "assisant ref" should get rid of them and put them infront of a TV, speak to the ref through a bluetooth headset heheh

I assumed it was disallowed because of contact with the keeper, but like i say, i've not seen it.

I take it carroll fumbled whilst no-one was near him and it went across the line ?

yes ... mendez shot form 60 yards keep dropped it into his net and then pushed it out.. keeper even knew it was a goal but nuthing happened

he went to catch it (into stomach) bounced up over his shoulder, and deep into the net - was closer to back of the net than the line
