no this isn't gonna be one of those 'oh what should I do' or 'my ex rang me and i didn't answer the phone, what did she want' threads. 
I text my ex fiancee 'Happy New Year' and this is what i got back:
"Are you still with Amanda?"
I wrote:
"Yes why"
She wrote:
"It just seems weird that you've contacted me after all this time, what do you want?"
(WTF!!!!! we spoke before Christmas and she says this?!)
I wrote:
"I was just wishing you a Happy New Year that's all"
She wrote:
"Leave me alone. You just get on with your life and let me get on with mine"
I had to read it twice because it's unlike her to say something like that...

my ex never said that to me when i txt her.. in fact she ASKED me to txt her.. but we are still good friends.. although my girlfriend said somethign similar to that on the phone... i think her exact words were..
