i cant get my 17's on because they foul my coilovers being 7", and am looking to buy 16's anyway, but the ones i want are only available 7" wide, however they are et45 not et49 like my 17's, will this take the wheel outwards or closer to my coilover?!

yeh ET45 will be 4mm further out than ET49
