done a fault code diagnostics and getting Low Voltage to Fuel pump relay, any ideas what can cause this??


iv tried jump leads from my mrs cars to mine to check if it was battery and didnt seem to make ne diff

checked the connections to the fuel pump?

bad earth?

yes i think my fuel pump is fucked the fuel pump wont buzz when i turn the key in the ignition, if the engine is started though and i turn the car off then quickly turn the key in the ignition the fuel pump buzzes like it should

and check all the connections

I would say low voltage to fuel pump relay

replaced the relay made no diff! checked connections to fuel pump.

noticed something is leaking around the fuel tank but cant see what, is appears to possibly be coming from the seams of the tank but cant be sure

if it has ben fine before it will just be a faulty relay.

mine was doing this lately, i found an earth was loose and sparking under the bonnet when trying to start it woulld start like you have described until i sorted this earth. It now works perfect. just an idea for you.

cant see nething sparking, how the fuck do u find a bad earth if you cant see it, where do u start???
