Howdy folks, hows it hanging? Happy New Year and all that. I'm sure you've all missed my absence from the board from the past 6 month (you prob don't even remember me )

Whats been happening with the cars then?

Kirsty - Still got your car? If I bump into you up Livingston centre, you can tell me then Ain't seen you around much in town though.

Mav - why is the Vectra going? I haven't seen it in the flesh still!

Kolin - Banned! Div Kid!

Icy - Remeber the R32 Blue Mk3 Golf - its a 2.9 VR6 now. 2.0 was removed!

Adam - Sold the GT I believe? Whats replacing it?

I've still got my GT, slightly knackered trailing arms at the back but its still running so thats good.

All going to plan, I will be renting a unit to house a project Corsa. Mate has sourced me a Cally SRi C20xe for not much cash, just need to do the deal then rip it to bits. I'll source a cheap Corsa at some point and going to do the conversion myself with help from my mates. They are building Mk1 Golf track car and Scirocco G60 conversion at the moment so we are getting a unit together.

Anyway, I'll be here a bit more often once I get another Vaux I would think.

Ryan he probably heard your beast was back on the road and went into hiding for a bit.. you know what these punto drivers are like one sniff of competition from anything with 16valves they go running

Icy - Whitey has got coilovers on his Golf now, thats the only way his mega £££ BBS 18" rims will fit ;-) New engine is latest mod, along with transporter vent and underbonnet respray to match the car. He is talking about supercharging the VR6 for big BHP

Budgey - 5 Turbo is good choice, I always wanted on but couldn't find a good 'un!

Kirsty - Captain has got a VR6, its about finished and its looking lovely. The Scirroco isn't making much progress due to weather and parts delays but its getting shifted to this unit to get finished. I really don't think you want to sell your Corsa Kirsty! I never see you around. Are you working in Livi now?

Eck - Just been keeping a low profile mate. Got a new job, been in London & midlands for brief spells. Hows the valver?

Rhino - No been down Falkirk in ages! My usual cruising buddy has been away so I've not been out and about. You sold your car yet?

Stoney - I know about your valver (seen some of your posts on Migweb while researching my C20XE conversion). Shame about the initial probs but it is a proper lovely car, one of my fav Corsas.

Icy (again) - Graemes 306 is in Aberdeen somewhere getting a full engine rebuild, forged pistons, hybrid turbo and misc other stuff.

phew! Lots of catching up to do! I'll need to come to a meet soon I think!

might give him a shout to fit my coils if not freeflow,
superchargin is the way to go!
z engineerin charger for around 2k to 250bhp

Icy - Whitey will fit Coilovers no bother. Just let me know when. In fact, he is doing all spanner work type things these days so just let me know.

The BBS rims are the same as on the Anniversary Golf GTi in 18"

yep, I'm there on Sunday with the crew from 8ballracing.co.uk.

The VR6 won't be finished tho, still waiting on bits. He will prob be there in the 205 MI16 tho.
