I personally think that if they want to use these indian call centres they should lower your premium by 25% cause they are useless.....

Either that or dont sell us premiums.....

Ive been waiting fuking nearly 2 years for my claim to be sorted and it still hasnt!!!

I asked her to explain to me why having 4 years NCD this year and not 3 years as last year has meant my insurance premium has increased...

The response was silence....

I had this exact same problem about 3 weeks ago! ended up not going down a performance enhancing mod though, so no change to the price

No need for the racism...

My point is just this...how can you expect people who live in a different country speak a different language to know the ins and outs of the way an insurance system works in another country...also as someone mentioned...how can they grasp the concept of specific details about cars they most probably have never even laid eyes on...

Its bad management by Norwich Union I suspect...I mean if they must ship there calls out there then with the lower level of service people are getting they must lower there premiums...however in my case thay havnt they have put them up FFS...

Dell are the worst for it.

It's just funny listening to them reading stuff off the screen and they haven't got a clue what you are on about.

i'm with norwich union too, i tried telling an indian woman that i want to put a 2litre turbo in my corsa. she kept telling me they dont make 2litre turbo corsa's lol, and i was sayin, yea i know they dont thats why i'm making one. then when she finally understood after about 15mins, i then had to explain i'm taking the engine out of a calibra and putting it in the corsa, and she said i cant insure 2 cars as 1 policey. i got very mad and fucked her off then rang back the next day and was a scotish bloke, still ahd to understand but was buzzin about me wantin to put the engine in my car

The easy answer to your problem is go to a specialist insurance, they wont cover you.

ye i know that but at the time i was only 1/2 way through my policy and wanted to see if they'd insure me for the rest of the policy so i could hopefully get a years ncb rather than loosing it.

tell me about it! its a fucking joke!

it costs peanuts to employ the indian call centers, and they are happy to work. Its not like the insurance companies give a damn what we think!

i tried to renew my dad's policy under my name, what a nightmare that was, so i just kept it under his name! I just get annoyed when trying to explain things to them, that i can't be botherd!.

A total buycot is neede by the entire country.

If your with a bank that uses them..Fuk them off and tell them why your leaving.

Same with Car insurance.
