These really are cowboys dont go near them
I recieved a screen from them for christmas as a gift from parents, was fitted first time it flipped out it broke all the rollers on one side were damaged.
after there 48hrs postage time had turned out to be 4 weeks
now they are being saying that i broke the screen by pulling it from its surround and snapping the screen etc the screen was checked and i was advised to sent it back due to a technical fault.
they recieved it bak on time but argued that royal mail didnt get it there on monday - even thou someone in there office signed for it.
they have sed that there is no way i'm getting my money back or a replacement.
any1 had any problems with them?

heres is a copy of the nice email i recieved when i told them i was ready to go through to tradeing standards as i feel that i have a case against them,
You are more than welcome to, their is no way in hell that happened by the internal motor
lol laws of physics mate, the motor could in no way rip the side rails off, nor could it possible
rip the front screen off, the screen cannot possibly go that far back to catch on front, looks like
youve grabbed the front to try n pull it out n ripped if off.
Steven
gud customer service wudnt u agree
also like to point out
youve grabbed the front to try n pull it out n ripped if off.

i surgest you quote these Sale of Goods Act 1979. Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982. Sale and Supply of Goods Act 1994. The Sale and Supply of Goods to Consumers Regulations 2002.
in which they all state the Goods are of satisfactory quality if they reach the standard that a reasonable person would regard as satisfactory, taking into account the price and any description.
if they fail to meet these standards you are allowed a full refund or replacement.
i would get in touch with a solicitor to file a CCj against them

The language used in that reply sounds very un professional, and 'chav' like, i would call them, ask to speak to a manager immediatly. Explain everything and quote all your legal jargon.
If they are still arsey with you then tell them that you will be taking legal proceedings against them and a letter will be sent to them via recorded delivery explain that they are at fault.
