Has anyone got a standard corsa b fuel flap they don't want or are seling for a few quid. Otherwise does anyone know were i can get and have it delivered or is it a trip to the scrapyard for me

Not too sure gonna be touch and go ma self really but i think it's just a case of smoothin of the lip which you would normally use to open it with, by cuttin it of then rubbin it down, then paintin it.

you have to carry a small teaspoon with you then when u come to fill up you hide it in your watch strap then very sly when nobodys watching wedge the spoon in the gap and prise it open.

i got one which i have nearly smoothed off, be for sale when i get round to putting a skim of filler on it

you need too grid off the notch, this leaves a hole, then fibreglass matt the back the fill the front.

There is a few ways you could open it, solenoid magnetic clip. Whatever you want really. Just got one from the scrappies now, gonna get started on it tonight.

or you could just prise it with your fingers like i do no hard deal
