does anybody know of any removal tool for the mobile phone virus Caribe.sis (aka cabir) on a Nokia 7610?
my brother's phone has it and now everytime he switches bluetooth on it uses up all his bluetooth connections and trys to send it to everbody near him!

or do a full reset of the phone (deletes everything apart from the o/s etc)

depends on phone mate. i know on my 6600 i hold a selection of keys and switch the phone on and it goes in to format mode etc
just do a google for it mate

theres also another way (forgotten what though, google it again ), buy installing a file manager like FExplorer and deleting the file manually

Do remember you will loose all contacts and anything stored on the PHONE's memory when you do format. To do a complete and utter Hardware Format, just do this.
Whilst phone is fully charged up or with a good charge (not just 1 bar). Turn the phone off.
Hold down the button number 3 + * + the Call Button
I use a pinkie on 3, index on * and middle on call button technique
Then whilst you have all the buttons pressed and held. Use your other hand to press the power button. Press and hold power button untill you see FORMATTING on the phone's screen.
You can then let go and give it a few minutes and bob's your favourite uncle.
