hi
ive been thinkng of getting a ecotek valve for a while now as they seem to be highly rated
are they as good as they seem to be or are they a waste of money?
does it do what it says on the tin
PERFORMANCE The effect of the CB-26P is to create a better suspension of fuel molecules in the mixture so you get an improvement in the combustion process. In other words you get a better bang - or more bang for your petrol. This makes acceleration smoother and more rapid and has cured flat spots in the rev ranges of numerous sports cars.
FUEL CONSUMPTION If you do not use all the benefits of this improved combustion in tearing around at twice your normal speed you will notice a significant improvement in petrol consumption - especially at motorway speeds. Economy benefits of 15%+ is typically commonplace.
EMISSIONS Because you get a better bang you also get a cleaner bang. Because the fuel molecules are more evenly suspended, more of them are burnt properly so you get less hydrocarbon (a pollutant that is effectively unburned petrol) and because less petrol is burned you get less carbon monoxide
im thinking of fitting it to a corsa sri 16v
any views or suggestions would be great
thanks

You'll notice the increase in fuel economy, so will pay for itself and then save you money.

Can fit it practically anything, on the 8v spi models dont put it on the brake servo hose tho as it will only affect 1 cylinder, needs to go in the MAP sensor pipe
