Mine's is a 2" bore with a small silencer in the middle and a 3" tailpipe, no idea what make it is and how much it cost as it was on the car when I got it, however I will be changin it soon as the baffles in the backbox are rattling about and it sounds kinda sh!t

I'm welding part of a Cavalier exhaust onto the Corsa exhaust... Just until I get a decent exhaust made up. 2"-2.25" is a good bore size for the engine... You want a bit of back pressure

Tony Law Exhausts

there ya go. I hear that Tony Law are "experts" with the XE engine - prob build more exhaust for this engine than any other. They're not too dear, but they tend to build mainly in mild steel

Yep - up to Aberdeen at the end of this month - car still in bits, but we'll arrange to meet up soon enough

2.25" BFO / Blueflame with modified downpipe.

Get a Tony Law manifold and you can have the downpipe mated to the standard Corsa system.

Magnex full system with decat with modded cav manifold to join decat.

I wouldnt even go putting a powerflow exhaust on your mint car mate Get an off the shelf stainless steel made by a reputable comany like magnex, scorpion or jetex then get it mated to your existing manifold

I have a longlife Full system on mine, I find it great. The Askar (sp) exhausts for Corsa XE's are the Bollox, but they are quite loud.

I used to have a magnex system on mine (2.25") Was OK but It was very low & scraped alot!

I now have a 3" BTB system & I could definatly notice a differance after I swapped. It was off desmonds old car (the carabic blue one). Pretty sure I've seen the receipt for it & it was £900

We are talking quite afew years ago though since it was bought!

Not trying to hijack your post here Des, but what back box does everyone have? Mine only has a powerflow one & I think we all know that powerflow aren't exactly the best when it comes to performance

When it my system was on Desmonds car it was much louder ( it had a differant backbox but that got lost inbetween him moving house)

Cheers
