used to train 5 nights a week. Very serious about it but not having the discipline for a good diet held me back, plus i cant afford it now, either! good fun, it was.

i NEED to get into this...but im propper lazy anyone got any pointers in getting motivated??

i was thinking about signing up to a gym, but is it better to team up with someone for support/motivation etc etc?

Also would gym be the best course of action just to generally tone up and loose weight??

I've started really getting into training. I'm going to Circuit Training twice a week, Aerobics once or twice and swimming a few times.

Just started on creatine and am going once a day.
burn 400-700 calories on the xtrainer and then weights.
Normaly do back on one day, shoulders and chest on another then arms and legs.
Am on a controlled diet and sometimes i miss the weights and do just cardio.
Really do feel great at the mo can feel body changing.
