On its way are.

Megan headers, Hyperflow TMIC, and forge Atmospheric dump valve. walbro fuel pump.

Hoping for 15-20 bhp from the headers.

Remap to follow shortly, should be looking about 350/60 bhp and 330lbft

Didnt fancy the Lag associated with a FMIC not to mention all the cutting and p1ssing about fitting it. with IC waterspray the hyperflow should be fine for the power im aiming for.

Dood called AndyF, probably heard of him?

May go for bigger turbo if i can afford it though, the VF34 is at max flow at 350/60 bhp. Thing is i want something that will spool up quickly, really dont want a car with a lot of lag hence not going the FMIC option. In straight line beast cars like supras you can get away with a monster laggy turbo, but on an impreza seriously kills its potential on twisties if you are waiting for turbo to spool up.

Yeah, theres a few standalone kits as well as the option of mapping the aftermarket ECU (Link, GEMs, Power FC etc) with loads of ignition advance until the turbo comes in then back it off to normal at that point.

Only problem is it custs the life of the turbo down into 4 figures when talking mileage!
