Seems like lots of people supporting the big teams on here ... who actually goes to watch them?
Ive got an Oxford united season ticket which ive had for 6 or 7 years and i share an arsenal season ticket with a relative(waited 11 years for my arsenal ticket)
Who else watches their team in the flesh more than ten times in a season??

Me for one. I also go to away games.
Nobody can doubt my credentials as a proper fan.
This season I have missed only 4 home games and have been as far north as Hull, and as far south as Bristol. All to watch the mighty Luton Town.

We got a beating from Hull at their place. It's all part of the adventure though.
Furthest i've been is Newcastle to watch an Fa Cup game 10 years ago.
I counted once how many different stadiums i've visited and it's above 30.
I wouldn't support anyone else, lower league football is so much more accesible and tends to be more passionate IMO.

Lower league football just seems to be far more passionate and honest... the travelling oxford fans all know each other... its like a big family outing each weeks. I enjoy going to oxford away matches far more than i enjoy arsenal home games
The other great thing about division 2 away games is that as a well built 23 year old i still get in as under 16 ' kids for a quid' most weeks......makes for a very cheap day.
I have done about 40 grounds --- had a good opportunity to go to loads with arsenal in the premiership and oxford dropping from division 1 to division 3

Arsenal tickets are now virtually impossible to get hold of without membership... I have to share a season ticket at the moment cos i havnt got the money to buy one out right at the moment but i couldnt refuse my ticket after being on the waiting list for years

Home and away with newcastle.
Good job this wasnt a thread titled 'who likes football, watches for a particular teams score then says they support them' because it'd be about 3 pages long by now.

I do, I try to get to Ipswich as much as possible. Been 3 times this year wish I could go more but its a expensive day out as I need to pay for petrol, normally 2 tickets for me and Rachel and by then its nearly £100
