I fittted a set of gen 3 lexus lights about a week ago and took my car for its mot toady and found out when you put the brakes on the sidelight in the head lamps come on. Any ideas?

yes, you need a double fillement bulb for the brake lights.
the top two lights.

double filement:
1 filient for lights,
1 for brake
all in the same bulb

All sorted now thanks. The brake light had single filiment in and the reverse light had the double!!

see , not having the double filiment shorts out the electrics in the lights and makes funny things happen.
