Got the DG834GT model and has never let me down.
Had the one you had Lewie aswell & that was a bargain as I got free Wireless card with it.

am i gonna notice a hell of a difference between 54 and 108mbps?
if my card is 54 anyway theres no need for a bigger one is there?
Also... if i do get the 54mbps one, will it only run at that speed wired aswell? or is it quicker wired?

That linksys is prolly the right price. They aren't bad actually, especially their latest firmwares since they were bought by Cisco...
The wired ports will run at 100Mbps.
If you can avoid wireless I would, but if you really need it then go for it It's still not a 'mature' technology...

Have sent a message to ebuyer tryin to get it at that price as they have now corrected their error back to £60 odd. do i have a chance of getting it at that price?

If they are clever, they would've backed themselves up in their terms and conditions. So wouldnt think so mate.
For around £60 the DG834G would do you. Wouldnt notice a difference between 54Mbps and 108Mbps unless if you do constistant moves of files around your network.

yes however if it is advertised at that price then they have to sell it. friend got a car once 1K cheaper than it should because it had the wrong price in the dash
