was having a convo with someone on here and just wondered what sort of numbers we have
Do'er - Someone that likes to get their hands dirty and do thier own modifications/conversions/repairs
Pay'er - Someone that prefers to leave it to the professionals to sort all their issues and mods.
Leave it Standard - for people who dont like to mod and leave it completely standard
just wondered really.
Im a Do'er

Bit of both. I'm not in to throwing money at the problem but I'm a firm believer that if something is better off left to professionals then so be it. It makes more sense to me to go and do some overtime to pay for something then to do it badly myself in twice the time.

I did all my own ICE, paid for all the bodywork and Lee put the engine in. But as time is going on, im having more of a go at doing stuff to the engine myself. So a bit of both really.

same here although i dont plan on bodykits or anything and my dad helps/advises me with a lot of the stuff because he used to be a mechanic. Like today we had the plastic rear arches off and brought/flaired the metal out a bit so it catch on my et40 wheels.
so a do'er

Im a do'er........i'll have a go at fitting most things and have successfully fitted most car parts mechanical & Body except a full engine. I would also say ive grown out of body mods totally and no longer have an urge to fit a combat kit

In some cases i've found that the only way to get a job done correctly is to do it yourself. However, when it comes to cars i say leave it standard. I'm fed up of little shits just damaging your pride and joy for the fun of it.
