Seems out of all the pics of xe's my header tank is the only one in that position

all usually up at top..mine down to rhs


Was eck that noticed at meet that more of my bulkhead been cut away thats why tank is where it is....

Not causing any probs though.............

Did it have TB's on there previously? or did it have the original XE plenum chamber?

leave it where it is but weld up the gap in the bulkhead

i moved my header to there, but i used an astra tank instaed

not sure about tb's or chamber..had the old sfi box

might look into getting gap welded

yeah sfi box, thats what i meant by the plenum chmber, just couldnt remember the name of it, was it the full box or was it modified? was interested in doing it as i think it looks more professional.

Remember you'll need space for your coil etc.

aye mine is dizzyless.

not sure how the sfi was fitted as was off before i bought it...........

it means ur is dizzyless i.e no dizzy pack it has coil pack instead much more reliable like mine

yeah the tank probably wouldn't have fitted on the b/h with the sfi box. he's probably cut out the left hand stud for it anyway.

is that Sinkyboys old Corsa? as he was the only corsa XE i saw with the SFi box on, if it was he had patched the back of the box with fiberglass like you do on the Nova XE converstions, i used to have pictures

nah beardy was bought from a local guy and conversion done locally too..

Aye yours is there but look at the size of that V6
