if you go for buckets and you want harnesses they deffo go for fixed ones not recliners, reclining buckets and harnesses is just ghey! also agree with stu, buckets mean loose the rear

surely if your going for buckets your not to bothered about getting in and out, dont go for budget seats you will regret it! look at spending £200 upwards on them, try loads out before you get one

They are easy to get out of pal, you wont have a worry! Oh and as Broster says.....you have got to get harnesses!
The seats in my old Corsa were Corbeau Pro Sports (does that sound right?) They were absolutely ace and didnt cost much more than £200 each! Plus if you get rid of the rear seats then you dont have to get them trimmed to match! Bonus!!

looking at spending prob over 200, like as above i like the OMP Vid 05 300 quid + i think.
But as far as getting in and out i tend to do alot of short journys so it would be easyer if i could get out better+my dad drves it as well and been older ya know how it is. They do tend to moan about it

you can mount them on the original subframes if you wish....

need brackets welding to the sub frame and then securing like in the pic....
or you can buy side mounts and bolt them to the floor.

So bolting to the floor would mean no movment at all right? would i not be able to buy side mounts and just bolt them down to original subframes or are the bolts just not going work? Welding the only option?

Nah, the seats I had had mountings underneath as well! Subframe bolts to the seat then the whole lot bolts to the sliders on the floor! Easy!

Then I put the side mounting brackets on as well, but didnt bolt them anywhere, so it actually looked like they were bolted down!

Thats a pic of my old Corsa up at the top.
