The wanker got off lightly. Why you'd want to shoot flames from the rear of your car is anyone's guess.

I once played with hairspray and a lighter - I was about 8 or 9 and the novelty soon wore off.

I like the quote from the chump saying he didn't even know the kit was working how much more of a moron would you like to look?

Deserves everything he gets for using it on the public highway
