Hi ive got a peco 4" jap style stainless backbox on my corsa b sport which has been on for about 8-9 months and cost me £135 from motorworld and it is already rusting? stop me if im wrong but stainless steel aint supposed to rust? ive got the receipt so will they just replace it for me or what? thats assuming they still make them, what make and type would be best if i do need to choose a different one? i espcially want one that will live up to the name stainless steel and never rust!

Take it back. That stainless steel exhaust should never rust.

no it depends which grade stainless uve got if they use same as powerflow which is grade 309 it will get a surface rust, if its 304 it should stay nice
just clean it as its only surface rust not rust-rust if u get me
