i've been using the rally cars to no avail  even tried my Amuse CarbonR but that didnt work 
Gonna get the Escudo pikes peak and rally it so hard off the walls and pray i still win no matter how many time penalties i get

Just drive slow and line it up keep it in the same gear as much as poss. and just enjoy it zzz

easy way : hand break.
doesnt matter if back of ur cars hits the wall. you wont get penalty

these pissed me off in the licenses, not looking forward to actually racing
I did them by going slow and turning quite early, when you get the hang of it you'll be able to control your slides (all you see is a wall going past )
good fun though

i used mu lotus charlton it was crazy. Decided then you dont need big BHP, use a car with rally car sort of power (300-400), still tricky tho

won in the first Capri rally (worth a bit aswell if you wanna buiild up the BHP in another car)

i used my Toyota Rally Raid, its up to 553bhp at the min, as every1 else has sed i just use the backend of the car to hit the wall then u cant get any penalty,
