This is true, a provisional driver cannot be in the car alone if the wheels of the car are moving

A provisional driver is not aloud by law to be on the road in a car without a full licensed driver present whether they are driving the car or not

Like Hightower in Police Academy when he rips out the seats and sits in the back? this would mean he wouldn't need a license

Im not sure about this, think she will just have to go and produce her provsional licence tbh, i dont know about losing her licence but they may be strict as they will say you should know you need someone supervising you when you dont have a licence
