I was wondering what the people that went to Donny thought of this? No one has put pics up here as yet of it.

A lot of work and effort, but might as well have been created on a static display kiosk - no point putting all that into something designed to move.

Joff was trailed to Donny as it doesnt have an MOT as yet and not finished. The lad that owns it is saying he will be driving it most days though.
Its on hydros.

The dials are behind the dash being filmed by a mini camera, which is plumbed straight in to the TV.

It does look really really well done. But it's ugly as sin, if it does drive it must be a total pig to drive....if it does. I don't class it as a car really. Bit like Jet's Astra Coupe and that shitty Max Power Astra coupe. They can't move as the wheels are so big. What's the point?

I know it is. But it's a bit oxymoron really. I never see the point of show cars that don't drive or look that hideous.

the car may not/wasnt made to drive. you can see that the work on that saxo is very well done. so i am sure people will go to that blodyshop with confidence and will probably pay more to have it done their than some other bodyshops. and it doesnt look hideous to a percentage of people.

It was trailored to Donny but not due to not having an MOT as it was done mid last week. It was trailored up as its not quite finished and we did not want to hand it back until we were done with the car.
He is planning to drive it as much as he can. It was built to be able to be driven - that was main point of the car.
Alot of the work is down to my own fair hands. Sextons only helped build the bootbuild, amp rack and fitting up. The Dash and door cards were done by Jisilors Automotive Bodyshop who did most of the other work on the car.
