No offence but can anyone say Steve106Gti!
You can see in your vid that the road it's being tested on is down hill - thus the 0-60 time is quicker than it should be.

Its actually a very shallow decline its not that bad best bit of road we could find.
Plus i had mark in the car weighing in as 12 stone would have evened it out i would have thought.

down hill, try flat. ill go out with my spirit level if you wish, the road in the distance goes uphill a lot, so it apears that the road is downhill.

It doesn't look that shallow. If you look at the start - the houses are going down hill... and so you end up at a bottom of a hill... Extra weight would be a benefit going down hill.

i used my tried and tested launch technique - and i have to say after driving the car around in a number of conditions stop start - roundabouts etc... 0-60 in the right conditions could be cracked in 7.5 i think.
Im going to take it up the 1/4 mile for him and knowing what it can do i think there could be a few surprised faces

You looking thought the eyes of a pissed Broster with a camera we was there it was local.
There is a little decline and the weight would be an advantage going down but not up the other side would it?
The car will crack 7.5 seconds if Broster lets me abuse his car a little more

I can see the hill goes up the other side - but if you look at the houses ... you can see the house at the bottom of the hill is a lot lower than the one at the top... meaning its a slope...
Even a slight hill will help quite a fair bit... Same way even a slight up hill could hinder quite a lot.
yeh 138 bhp and 1.6 - times of around 7.6's wouldn't be unrealistic, but what did you get on the 1/4 mile? 17's or something wasn't it? Just seems a bit weird to get a really quick 0-60 but such a slow 1/4 in comparison.

ahh, but my driving is admittedly wank. my 0-60 was alot slower than teddys. best 1/4 i did was a 16.6. put it this way on the road a vts with exhaust and filter wont get past me and now its stripped i seem to edge away slowly. call it bull shit go on about down hills etc etc, its how it drives on the road at the end of the day and i think it doeswell, thought id let you all have a look and pick faults with it
