Did quite a few runs! but the battery on the camera kept dying! This is the only one we managed to get. We timed it at 7.3 seconds but looking back at the video i've timed it at 7.75 seconds. You can time it for yourself from the video if you like.

unless your limter is 7500rpm your not going to hit 60 in 2nd

Yup, was stripping it down today, took the head off, starting re-grinding the valves. Dunno why i'm doing all this so soon, can't put it in until august.

yea, true, doesn't seem to bad though, i'm taking the cylinder head into college tomorrow, then i can work on it using all of the equipment. skim it, port and polish, stuff like that.

Just cause you seem to know your stuff about engines and cars...thought there must be something behind it. There so many old school hot hatches i'd like to get, but can't afford any at the moment! 205 Gti, gd choice. are they 130 Bhp??

yeah 130 bhp, not the most powerfull but unbeatable wen it comes to handling, probably completely stip the engine and et a better flow of air and re map and that will do as i want to mod my corsa and the racing is just sumhing for fun,

reason i now my stuf fis my dad own a commercial vehicle workshop and i work part time there so i learn a bit from that and visiting shows etc.

i agree with vibs, 0-62 you need to do, which will be 3rd gear for you

on the clock yes, thats 300rpm more than me and 5mph....
