hi im having slight problems with my 17" wheels catching/rubbing the arches since i have lowered it 40mm all arounb on g-max springs with standard dampers, especially with 5 people in. I can also here it catching when im turning heavily. Will rolling my arches solve my problem completely or not? and what places would do this and how much would it cost me?

you can't roll arches on corsas i think.
however, you can cut the arches.
i've taken about 10mm off and glue the plastic arches back on.

yeah as said the front can be rolled as its a single skin, the rears you cant, to actually movce it out requires seperating the 2 skins, bending the outer one and then welding a plate in to fill the gap, i know i had it done lol.

Mine still catchs at the back a bit on big bumps but is mostly fine.

what offset are your wheels? never had a problem with the front but as for the rear try uprated dampers first you will prob find it is catching quite far up inside the arch as there isnt enough resistance in the shock, I also found that toyo tyres were a big help nice rounded top edge

tyres does make huge difference tbh, also catching at front depends how low you go, if its low it will catch when u turn theres no easy way to avoid that.
