euro extention 1's just there not the flush to the car, so was gonna fibre glass em in

ive had no trouble at all with my psg one since i had them flushed in about this time last year.

a little on the front ones, ut if you use fibreglass sheeting rather then the tin stug it should be strong enough

depends how your going to do it - when you say fibreglass - do u actually mean "pink shit in a can2 P40 - with a skim of filelr - as this WILL crack
u ideally need to use three layers of fibreglass ( A Chop Strand Matt, Bi-axial matt, CSM sandwich) finished with a surface tissue and the slightest skim of filler
UIf u want it to be amazingly strong you also need to fibreglass the underside of the arch

u really need at least one layer of Bi-ax(woven Roving) in as well - chop strand doesnt have the particular strength properties that you need
