i ordered my wheels in January, said i should hav them within a couple of weeks, heard loads of things
1) they came but drilled them wrong for my car so sent back
2)guy is starting on them (couple of month back)
3)guy was too busy not done anythign on them yet starting soon
4)i can have my money back (well over a month ago more like 2)
5)can have money back (this was at HIN few week ago)
Phoned up his mobile this aft, someone else answered, asked who it was then decided to say he had gone out - i thought without his mobile unlikely
I know its a mate but 4-5 months of being screwed about with nearly £1400 which im down on aint right, gettin Sols involved soon unless i get the money back which i want/need and am owed, anyone have any suggestions?

write a letter of complaint, see his response, go to trading standards.
or can visit citizens advice bureau, see what they suggest.
failing that hang around outside his workshop shouting things and threatening to beat him up, when he comes out runaway for 5mins then start again

letter is proof of formal correspondance which can be used as evidence and shows a record of whats gone out.

If you live near enough to travel to the place then I'd go there and see what they have to say. Refuse to leave until you get a full refund.
As 3CM said - write a letter

Sounds like what happened to me when I ordered wheels off PVD
How did you pay for the wheels? Cash? Credit Card? Debit Card? If you paid on a credit card you should ring them up and explain the situation and that it sounds like a fraudulent transaction. Should get a refund off your credit card company out of their own pocket and then the credit card company will try to recover the money off Midas themselves
