relocating the outside air temp sensor so its inside the cold air feed?

could make all the difference when racing exotic cars

would be interesting to see the changing when driving at different speeds and siting in traffic

i was thinking about wiring something up using the temp sensor so i had display on my mfd of inlet air temp.

i suggested this quite some time ago, similiar to corb, by just plumbing the sensor in the inlet tubing after the IC or something on a turbo'd car...

mate from work done it on his corsa C he sed it reads differant temp compared to when its at the front

Why not just buy monitoring equipment that's designed to sit inside your air intake. We've got one.

would be good though if you took your corsa for a service & they think the temp sensor is fooked so try to replace it cos its reading silly temperatures in the middle of winter

Would be good if you fitted it in the piping after an intercooler on a turbo charged car...
